Work History – Apart from agent recruitment & training I did corporate selling. I convinced the authority of Duncan tea LTD to use LIC product as the sells promotional gift. Finally I got the permission To promote this concept I had to visit along with one of my team members the southern part of India to convince the dealers of Duncan tea by several Road Shows. I did VRS Scheme Williumson magre company .Apart from the VRS amount whatever the amount the employees are getting were Taxed heavily. I advised them to transfer the inter amount in hands of LIC and LIC will give them annuity on a fixed rate till their life. And in this way avoid TAX & got such benefits for life time which is unique.
